Dr. Chansey Veinotte [BSc, MD, MSc] is a resident physician training in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in Ottawa. He graduated from Dalhousie University Medical School in 2020.

Prior to medical training, Chansey worked as a laboratory manager for a pediatric oncology lab at the IWK Health Centre. He has been a tutor and TA of undergraduate science/health courses and labs since 2008. Chansey has been an outstanding MCAT prep instructor since 2010.

Chansey is knowledgeable and experienced not only in regards to how to perform well on the MCAT but also how to prepare a strong medical school application. From application autobiography, GPA and MCAT scores, to interview preparation and everything in between, Chansey will provide valuable information you need to know when preparing for and applying to medical school. He will also share some of his own personal experience.

Dr. Torah Hunt

Dr. Torah Hunt [BSc, PhD] has earned both her degrees from the University of Alberta, where she is an expert in genetics and cell biology. Torah is currently a lecturer at the University of Alberta and teaches a variety of courses such as Introduction to Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, and Immunology. She has published in several peer-review journals, detailing all the wonderful steps of worm gonad development.

She’s been a superstar MCAT prep instructor for the past 12 years and has helped over 1,500 students succeed on the MCAT. Her teaching abilities have also been expanded and enhanced by a second career as the CBC Radio One National Science columnist, where each week she gets to talk about all the latest and greatest science stories.
